Concrete Sleeper/Tie
Concrete railway sleeper are made of reinforced concrete and generally divided into ordinary reinforced concrete sleeper and prestressed reinforced concrete sleeper.

Wooden Sleeper
The wooden railway sleeper is made of wood, also known as anti-corrosion wooden sleeper, also called oil-treated sleeper. To make wooden sleeper, you need to use tough and flexible wood. Commonly used wood types are: Korean pine, larch, masson pine, spruce and so on.
The wooden railway sleeper should be treated with antiseptic treatment before use. The commonly used antiseptic solution is: water-soluble sodium silicate.
Wooden railway sleeper can be divided into ordinary wooden sleeper, turnout sleeper and bridge sleeper according to their use.
Ordinary wooden sleeper: Generally, the length of the wooden sleeper is 1.7-1.8 times the standard gauge. China uses a standard gauge wooden sleeper with a length of 2.5m.
Turnout wooden railway sleeper: used for wooden sleeper on the ballast. The length is between 2.6 and 4.8m.
Bridge wooden railway sleeper: used on the bridge.
Advantages: flexible, easy to process, easy to transport, lay and maintain.

Steel Sleeper
The steel sleeper is made of steel.
Advantages: Steel sleeper can combine the advantages of wooden sleeper and concrete sleeper. It can withstand the strong and frequent vibrations and shocks of heavy-duty cargo trains and high-speed passenger trains with large axle loads, and can fundamentally meet the requirements of modern rail transport for signal and track circuit technology. The service life of steel sleeper is much longer than that of concrete sleepers, and the maintenance workload is not large. Moreover, the steel sleeper has a recoverable rate of up to 70% and can be recycled and reused.

Weihai Ruihe Railway Sleeper Co., Ltd. is located in Mishan Town, Wendeng District, Weihai City, Shandong Province, north of Wendeng Railway Station. The company is mainly engaged in the production of concrete sleepers. It covers an area of more than 10 hectares, adjacent to the Taowei railway line. It is only 30 kilometers away from Weihai New Port, 220 kilometers away from Qingdao Port and 80 kilometers away from Yantai Ferry. The company's inner railway line is connected with Taowei line that makes the transportation very convenient.
